Members meet at least once a month to help each other get better at multimedia storytelling. Workshops often have a:
- Review session (feedback and/or study of a multimedia story)
- Learning session (learn a new technique to help improve your multimedia storytelling)
- Creative session (club members work on their latest stories or on a project together)

- A safe venue (public spaces such as libraries or community halls are recommended),
- Access to the internet,
- A point of contact (you, or a nominated club member),
- A way to communicate with your club members (Facebook group or emails),
- Participants!
